Got prequalified, spent money on appraisals and inspections. Got 3 days before closing and they declined on us. We purchased a car before the prequalification application, and they claimed they knew nothing of it. They turned everything on us. We are out a ton of money. We r also having to fight for our good faith money back because they waited so late to decline. This unprofessional place is actually banned from the 2 real estate agencies that we have been working with!

Couldn't get a 2nd loan approved so went to another bank thanks to the help of the Realtor. the red rock lender (Julio Hernandez) contacted the realtor saying how unprofessional he was for taking me to a lender who could get me approved.

The company changed the interest rate they quoted me three days prior to closing. After closing they sold my loan to a company that began charging the incorrect monthly payment, they included escrow for taxes that I elected not to include. I contacted Red Rock about the issue two weeks ago and have yet to receive help.

Completely unresponsive to my real estate agent when we were trying to get financing for a house we were interested in. Once they did respond, they said that the closing would take 30-45 days minimum. Went with a different lender and was closed in 22 days. Wouldn't recommend this lender to anyone.

Great working with Shelby. Out of all the people that were involved in the process, he was by far the most helpful and responsive. Made the whole process less stressful.
