Focus Federal Credit Union in Oklahoma City, OK

Although the customer service is ok this CU sucks. I have been with them almost 20 years, obtained my degree about the same time I opened this acct. I am a well established professional who has bought and sold homes, cars, own my own business, credit score well above 750, yet over the years I have been turndown for credit at this institution twice. I'm not sure what criteria they use, but apparently it's not the same criteria as other banks/lending institutions who have no qualms extending credit to me....and I guess loyalty means nothing. Will be moving my money to an institution that values their members.

I was looking at a 2013 road glide. It was shown as 16000 on the tag. When I called ready to buy I was informed that they wanted 16500 and was told that price was for bargaining but 16500 was what they had to have. I was ready to buy but was told that and decided to look elsewhere. Haven't delt with them before but I wasn't impressed.

I've been with this credit union for years and they would not approve an auto loan for me, my credit is not great but it is not horrible and I have longevity on my job and rental history that they did not consider. I went to MECU and had no problem getting financed. I am very disappointed with Focus.

They are one of the most shady banks I have ever had to deal with hands down! Started out great and in the end get screwed over done with this bank and there employees especially..... rule number one don't hang up on a long time customer because yall can't your jobs!
