Everyone that works there is incredibly courteous. They never rush you while trying to consider your options; and they are very accommodating. I had an issue with receiving my title and informed one of the representatives, and he got back to me the next morning with the solution. Every time I pull in the employees greet me and ensure I know where to go.

Great buying experience. Only thing I would rate as needing work is I had sent two emails to the finance department and did not receive a response, the reason for 4 instead of 5 stars. Other than that, everything was good. The new car owners class was very nice.

I had been talking to Denise Jackson for months prior to my final purchase. She was never pushy or made us feel like we needed to hurry in for an appointment. She answered all of our questions before we went in & sent me multiple options. When we were financially ready to purchase, we chose Fowler as our one stop shop. We were amazed immediately walking into the dealership. Everyone was smiling and the place was immaculate. We were greeted by Hieu our salesman who really listened to our wants and needs. We worked with Tyler and had a Buick Enclave. they finally worked it out so we agreed on price. The Highlander rides really smooth. We have had many compliments on it. When you look at it in the sun it looks like it has blue glitter in it. Our only regret is that we didn't wait 6 days to purchase it as Toyota came out with a $1000 discount which didn't apply to us. When you go in the store they make you feel like they really care about you. Tyler was super cool to work with.

I had the opportunity to work with Daniel on my vehicle purchase. He is a very polite and professional salesman, he didn't hesitate to show me that he was knowledgeable of his job. I have been active duty Army for 12 years and I've worked with a lot of professional people, I would rank Daniel in the top 10% of those people. If you are looking for a good salesman to work with I highly recommend Daniel as he offered some of the greatest hospitality, which is important when you're purchasing a high dollar item such as a vehicle. It's a stressful situation that he made pleasurable.
