Fowler Honda in Norman, OK

I got a solid deal. Over a grand under the KBB and NADA value of the near mint condition used vehicle I purchased. Bryon Baker was pleasant and not pushy. He worked with me when I pushed back on the $399 processing fee. I definitely recommend Fowler Honda. I saw quite a few screaming deals when I was there.

Absolutely horrible service dept. I made the terrible mistake of taking my Honda there after a wreck. They screwed up every single aspect of the repair. So I took my car back for them to fix their mistakes. They had trouble getting the right part (not their fault) but kept hassling about keeping the loaner car so long, even though it was their mistakes. Now that I've had my car back a couple of weeks, almost every day I find another thing they screwed up like loose door gaskets, loose headliner, loose panels, greasy handprints, gouges in the trim, etc. Your car is supposed to come back from service better, not with more damage. Under no circumstances would I ever recommend Fowler service to anyone. NEVER AGAIN!

Very deceptive dealership. Had agreed to purchase a 17 CRV EX w/pro pack for a set price. Sold it before I got there. Then they transferred in a "new" one for us. Didn't have the pro pack and had 555 miles on it. Asked about the Military Discount of $500 for financing through Honda and they initially said they already factored that in. However, at that point I hadn't told them I was military. I come back and they said I did qualify for the discount but they just upped the price $500 and took the $500 back out. Overall, they tried to sell me a used car as new, took the pro pack out and disrespected me, and all military members and veterans, by adding in the discount and then taking it back out. This is another instance of companies "honoring" our military members for public perception only. If it was possible to give ZERO stars I would.

Great service and car purchasing experience. Jerry, our salesman was great, finance department was easy and a breeze. We love our new Honda. We would most definitely buy again from them.

I typically don't post ratings, but I want to make sure that people choose to go to honest places for their car repair. I came here for an oil change, but found that my car leaked oil after the service. When I returned, I was grateful that they were honest enough to admit that they didn't screw everything tight enough. They fixed the problem (which took over an hour?) then they came back with loads of problems they found (how did you not know my air filter needed to be replaced when I came in for my oil change?). One of the problems was a CV boot that was starting to deteriorate. They took me into the shop. Showed me the boot, and suggested that I replace the boot, so that I can save myself from an expensive axle replacement. I asked if they could look into the cost. A half hour later I am sat down and told that they can't just replace the boot, like they thought. They suggested that I replace the axle (over $1000)!!!! Wait, what?! How stupid do I look? You just showed me an axle in good condition! The whole point of replacing the CV boot, was to save myself from an axle replacement! Maybe it is because I am a woman. I will never go back there to get my car serviced. There are plenty of other places to get my car repaired. I don't want to waste my time with dishonest employees.
