After the great government data theft, this institution decided without prior notice, to cancel my teller/visa card. So imagine my surprise when I was shopping and it get declined. Also was away from home and couldn't get gas. Good thing I still carry a little cash. Then I was told it would be 3-5 business days to get a replacement card. Then 5-7, then 7-10 business days. After a month, I told them to cancel the Damn card, and I went to Tinker Federal Credit Union, where I had a new account AND a new card in an hour. This isn't the first frustrating dealing with Oklahoma Federal Credit Union, but it'll be next to last. I anticipate the same inept service when I close this account, and none too soon. GO ELSEWHERE.
