Rude on phone never go to a place that want give you information on phone the other pawn shops did. Hang up on not done talking RUDE

Door and online says closes at 7 and as I pull up at 5:48 they lock the door

Went in june and found a good deal on a window unit air conditioner. Tested it out in store. Of course they had their ac on so it felt like it blew cool. But asked them if it didnt work could i bring it back. They said yes as long as it was within a few days. I take it home and it wasnt blowing out cold air. My bf said it was probably the compressor. Took it back immediately the next day. Had my reciept and all. The lady said she couldn't do a return because the number on the ac and reciept didn't match also that they were not the same. I was mad. I told her to look on camera. It was the same ac. So i guess thats why this ac was such a good deal. They knew it didn't work and wanted to get rid of it. And knew the person who bought it would return it. But i guess my fault for not comparing numbers on the reciept! Anyways the lady told me she would have some guy check the camera and call me back. A few days passed and i called up there. She said he wasnt in. Called back a week later and still wasnt in. Finally i just decided to take my loss. If you go to them beware of this scam!
