Central National Bank & Trust in Enid, OK

We opened an account with Central National Bank & Trust in Enid, after being transferred to Vance AFB, in 1968. While only in Oklahoma for 7 months, Central National Bank & Trust is still our primary bank, even tho we are retired and live on the west coast. Central National Bank & Trust has served us in many States and several countries. We have never had a problem and are proud to be part of the Central National Bank & Trust family.

This is the biggest ripp-off company in the country. I am surprised someone hasn't blown them up.

I have a ITS Pay card that is a branch of central national bank and trust co. A prepaid service. I first started using CNB in august it was a card that my employer had us use (the Chickasaw nation) was my employer at the time I assumed given the size of business the Chickasaw's have I thought my money would be safe in their hands I would, assume that I was wrong not only was my card cancelled for the target scam my was cancelled which I appreciate but not less than a week later fraud on my new card happened from south Africa is what im told so now my new card is no good I have a paycheck that is floating around in cyber space and a remaining balance on my new card in which I have not received yet, every time I call and ask why I haven't gotten the card I get the 7-10 business day reading its like your talking to a computer to say the least they do not care that your bills are going into a past due state where late charges occur and your credit takes a serious hit not even to mention I have a 3 year old son and a 9 month pregnant fiancé who live with me, how do I explain to them my electric could be cut off when its 20 degrees outside, food is running sparse and the gas in my cars tank is almost and oh yeah! I cant even change my oil in my car which is 10 miles over I know its only 10 miles but I have a manufactures warranty in which states to have my oil changed every 3000 miles or my warranty will be voided I told CNB customer service this and all I got was I am sorry sir you'll receive your new card by the 4th of February, are you kidding me? I will have my car repossessed, electric cut off and I will be late on rent by 4 days and have a late fee applied to my rent that goes up daily! I am seriously screwed at this point and this company could care less about me as a customer and one might ask is it because I am using their prepaid service and not actually a direct account with me them and at this point I would speculate that to be correct

Nice Bank the tellers are nice but a brief history of our town the mayor also the president of the bank used the bank to take over the Event Center that was voted not to be built and was built anyways looks to me like some kind of conflict of interest also some of the wealthiest people in town had money at Central National Bank and have pulled it I don't personally trust them
