WEOKIE Credit Union in Edmond, OK

I cosigned a loan on a motorcycle for my son. After a year, he fell behind some on his payments and I received a call from an Edmond Weokie loan officer.... I assured him that I would take care of the matter and the following day, it was done. About 6 months later, my son, was killed on this same motorcycle. I received another phone call, again from an Edmond Weokie loan officer.... I informed him that my son was killed a few days ago and that I would take care of this matter….and in a cold voice He said, sooo, what're your plans with Your Tacoma, used as collateral on the Motorcycle? Really? Two days after my sons death and Your already threatening to confiscate my Tacoma? Needless to say, my blood boiled. My son had just died two days ago… Weokie, and this same loan officer, had a history of Me working to fulfill the requirements of this loan…. Yet, Weokie still felt the need to harass me for a payment before my son was even buried in the ground? I would normally have paid this loan in full but due to the outrageously, callous behavior of this Credit Union.... I've decided to drag their blood money out to the very end. I will Never forget this event for the rest of my life, and thanks Weokie for helping to make it even worse.

This place keeps getting worse and worse. The staff could definitely use some customer service training. Next time I need something I will drive further to a different Weokie location.
