This office will gladly help you write a loan, but don't try to get them to help service the loan after the sell. Wells Fargo has no banking branches in the state of Oklahoma, so if your insurance company writes you a check for damage repairs, the company must endorse the check before you can cash it. I called the main office back east somewhere and they gave me a tracking number so any local office could endorse the check. I called this office and explained I already had the tracking number but they said they are too busy to help with the insurance checks. What a shame that they are more interested in making money on their customer's purchases, but refuse to help those same customers when it comes to any other service. If I could do it all over again, I would choose ANY other company than Wells Fargo.
