The worst experience ever. I was told by the owner multiple times 4-5 months prior to now that everything was good and there would not be a problem. I built a new house appraisal was 750k I am financing 500K and the owner tells me yesterday that they aren't able to do the loan. I had my financing set up already long before I listened to these lying idiots. I have moved into my home everything was supposed to be good I was supposed to be closing this month and I find out yesterday they cant complete the financing. I have all the documents showing these people saying no problem its handled taken care of everything to be told now it isn't. If you are shopping for a house do not use these people they are stone cold liars!! I have good credit not perfect but good score over 700 and make 750k a year financing 500k on a house that appraised for 750 and they suddenly cant complete the deal.

I was very impressed with him in that transaction and have used him since. We have done over 100 deals together and he never misses the mark. My customers always love him and are very complimentary of him. His rates and fees are great, he keeps everyone in the loop through the process and he always closes on time. Kurt's service is impeccable, he shows up at every closing and makes sure the funding is immediate. I don't feel comfortable anymore unless Kurt is the loan officer. Best of the best, 5 stars is not enough!!!!
