Bad customer service. High turnover for employees--never the same person. No branch managers onsite.

I'm from Texas the bank hours and service is wonderful. Bank at Claremore has good service but is very slow. They have plenty employees on desks but not much tellers. Sometimes tellers seem not to know what they are doing. Manager pay more attention to time.
