Western Sun Federal Credit Union in Broken Arrow, OK

Ever since Frisco merged with Western Sun, my family has been very displeased with the service. They've messed up information on my car loan for years which has become a huge problem. Bank somewhere else!

I recently became a member of WSFCU in order to consolidate all of my accounts, including a car loan. Blake Thomas and Victoria Hancock both went way above and beyond to make my experiences with this financial institution pleasant and enjoyable. First of all, Mr. Thomas made my ability to obtain funds for an automobile purchase hassle-free and surprisingly fast. I went to the car dealer, took delivery of the vehicle, drove up the street to WSFCU and finished the paperwork in about 30 minutes. I've purchased at least 25 vehicles in the past and that was the quickest transaction I've ever completed. Next, I had one of my checks stolen from a night deposit box at a different financial institution shortly after joining WSFCU. Victoria Hancock satisfactorily took care of all the problems created by having to open a new checking account and then having to monitor my outstanding payments and deposits from and into the old, compromised checking account. Victoria even made sure a pending IRS refund deposit made it into the new account. I do not think I could ever be treated any better at any other financial institution. That's what I call outstanding customer service from both Blake and Victoria. I am very pleased with WSFCU.

In the short time I have been a member, the cashiers learned my name and know me when I walk in. Here I am Mr Bravo, not Mr 40050xxxx like other banks acknowledge you as. Kaytlan has always been awesome for me! Even after recently getting a new car, I still walk inside rather then use the drive through because of the great personal touch this branch provides.
