Tellers have typically been snobby and unfriendly; also not knowledgeable of providing services - again not friendly. Fortunately this has not been my experience with any other arvest bank.

As much as I want to like this location, I dont. Everytime I've visited, there are two tellers to every 15 customers. The common response is "sorry for the wait."
