I have been with NAF for a little over a year. These guys have worked with me when i needed it. Yes, they can get busy sometimes and it's hard to get threw, but you can email them. Carla will respond IMMEDIATELY.

This mean ass lady wouldnt except my partial payment and transferred me to voice-mail for no reason

I would give them 0 stars! They are very rude, argumentative & hang up on you, when they don't want to answer questions. & is to hard to get thru to make a payment. Oh, the car has also cost us $ every month to fix, cuz it's a POS! & they know & don't care!!! Have had the car 1.5 years. Can't wait to get out if it.

I think it's okay because it's easy approval. Other than that I would not recommend anyone. I think it should be against the law for them to deactivate someone's car even if they are late.. how would someone catch up on payments if their car is off you? Can't even get to work to catch up! I've been having small troubles with my vehicle since I got it and they have been working with me on the payments but late fees should are ridiculous and outrageous and some of the people that work there are rude. I wouldn't say all of them maybe some.

Got told i was lucky to even get a car! They acted like they were better than me & like I didnt deserve anything because of my past (which is none of their business). This was a while back but they still aren't great to deal with when you have an issue.
