dealt with them for years thought they was the best around then we had money missing from out accounts and they shut our account down without being told to . unfortunately I still have my truck loan threw them and every month it's a FIGHT TO PAY MY OWN TRUCK PAYMENT they are rude and disrespectful wouldn't refer this bank to anyone

This bank sux. Had direct deposit from my employer which is in my account every Friday. Now because theres a federal holiday on Friday my payroll check didnt go through. So its Saturday today and still no money. Im so sick of the BS. I have bills to pay and a friend of mine has online billpay which just hit his tfcu account thats causing to many problems. Our other coworkers all got their paycheck on Friday. Me and my friend well we got screwed. I will be closeing my account and finding a better bank.

I've been with TFCU for about a year now, it began with them financing a motorcycle for me. In early October I got a call saying that I had an outstanding balance. i had my payments on auto, come to find out I had failed to provide proof of insurance. No big deal, I could call allied and provide it to them. So I did, problem solved.... not! I get a call a few weeks later that I still had a balance. Less than half of the premium they charged me had been refunded. I still owed them $600 dollars for insurance that I'd proved I had through Geico (which is $200 per year).the customer service reps refuse to tell me why this is, I've now talked to three of them. They're best answer is to give me the pay off, they'll make the money they want and move on to the next customer. Great service guys. I'll definitely be moving the loan and will not recommend to anyone.

Got a home loan here after banking for years because they said they would not sale the loan. 3 months after closing the loan was sold, but "they still service the loan", which means another layer of red tape in the event of any problems. They also miscalculated the new yearly payment because of their inattention to detail.
