American Title Loans in Youngstown, OH

I have been a customer using them for almost 2 years now. My overall experience was great throughout that whole time. Friendly employees, fast in and out times, ect.....UNTIL ran into financial pinch this month. Got my courtesy reminder on 12/9 that was due on 12/12 explained situation and would be late. All fine and dandy right since ive never been more then a day late before....NOPE....even though they have been in contact with me, they called references (day after i was due) that told them DO NOT CALL them, not one but two of them, continued "harassing" me calling 2 - 3 times a day before date i said would be in and sending text messages along with the phone calls. What set me over the top was giving a reference (one who said not to call) information what was going on with my account and being late. References are only to be called to find out how to get in touch with someone (which they knew how because they talked/or texted me EVERYDAY). Will be glad to pay off the loan next month and be done. Not only are they a rip off as far as interest rates go, their customer service training needs readjusting as well. I understand they have a job and script they have to follow, but come on. Complaint filed with Ohio Attorney Generals office. Avoid title loans if you can !!!

The staff here was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Their rates were lower than others and the loan process was pretty easy and fast. If I ever get in another pinch I will definitely use them again and would recommend them for anyone needing cash in a hurry.
