Documentation you need to provide can be scanned and sent to your own drop box online. Although gathering all the paperwork can be tedious, having an online drop box makes the process easier. Magda takes great care with the funds entrusted to her and seems to take a personal interest in how your house hunt is going. I felt as if I was working with a friend rather than a stuffy business person behind a desk. When the appraisal for the house we were purchasing came in lower than expected, she explained our financial options to us clearly and thoroughly. This is a boiler room identity theft operation. You'ld be bwtter off flushing your money down a toilet than dealing with these scam artists. No matter what they tell you, they are not affiliated with your primary mortgage holder. They take a deep cut off the top and leave you holding the bag. They are relentless and they do disregard the Do Not Call registry. Notice that all of their positive reviews actually come from from the same person. If something looks too good to be true it usually is. Beware
