The Mansfield, Ohio Woodforest bank is the ONLY Woodforest bank in Richland county.The ATM at this location is CONVENIENTLY not working many times monthly. Convenient for the Woodforest customer NOT!!!!!!! Convenient for Woodforest Bank and it's profit? YES. To go to a REAL bank and use their WORKING ATM the Woodforest Customer has the privilege of paying the REAL BANK user fee for withdrawing MY direct deposit money AND then because Woodforest can't seem to offer their customer a working ATM Woodforest also charges it's customer a $2.00 fee on top of that. Guess who will be chatting with the Woodforest Banker (who are very nice people and very apologetic) about the ATM being a computer. If Woodforest started losing customers instead of charging ATM fees for the customers they have, I would guess Woodforest may want to replace the ATM computer with one that doesn't inconvenience their customers. Could it be that since Woodforest has only one Woodforest ATM at only one Wal'mart in each county inconveniently not working ATM machines is also a business profit strategy? I have no hidden agenda. I am tired of being ripped off by Woodforest ATM fees.

Mandi needs assistance in learning what customer service is. She is unwilling to assist customers in understanding policy and is more of a bull in a China shop when it comes to dealing with people. She should be replace.

So nice to know that there is a $2.00 charge if you call, and ask about what's in your account or a pending deposit! So lovely that they are doing this. They never get a break for lunch or anything else smh. It's sad because next probably get charged using online banking which doesn't offer any info other than what's in your account. No pending deposits!
