Joe has been great so glad they replaced the old GM with Joe. Joe seems to be for the customers not just bout just selling cars. Go Joe..... Drew is the best. Any problems I have with my vehicle he does his best to get it right. Love the ambition he has to make sure my vehicle is running right. That's Drew!!!!!

My check engine light come on and it wasn't running right. I called Drew in service at the Wooster location. He got me right in and got it fixed. I explained my daughter is battling brain cancer and I need my car. He promised to fix my car and if it wasn't fixed by the time she goes back to the hospital he would give me a car. Really appreciated Drew getting me back on the road!!! Drew is outstanding!

The team here especially brian was very courteous, fast, and made the overall experience very quick and enjoyable. They were very honest and upfront with me about financing, vehicle selection, and approximate time it would take to get me into a vehicle. He catered to my needs and didn't push anything I did not want onto me or any hidden costs, fees, and I would definitely buy any future cars from here and recommend anyone I know purchasing a vehicle to go here. I've dealt with other dealerships in the past given I travel a lot and this is by far one of the best experiences I've had.

Had issue with taxes and Scott and Joe took care of me and made sure everything went well. They also made sure I was able to keep my car while sorting everything out. These guys are great and are really willing to work with you and help you out. I recommend them everyday of the week
