My husband went in there not that long ago. The lady was rude and she said that our gold was fake. We took our gold somewhere reputable and got some money for it. I recommend that if you looking to sell your jewelry DO NOT GO HERE!! She does not deserve your business. Apparently she does not know what is real gold and what is fake gold so she isn't that knowledgeable.

The woman that runs this place is extremely rude and does not know the first thing about dealing with the public. She does not deserve to be in business and if you need a loan go anywhere but here.She would always be nasty to anyone trying to get a loan or pawn like she was better than them. Her name is Gail Linda Kopp and needs to be reminded that she would not be in business if it were not for the people that needed some cash for whatever reason! My friend would have me take his money to pay for his loan on some jewelry and i know i was in there every 2 months paying double the loan and i went today and she informed me very rudely that the loan went in default in June. And she proceeded to tell me that she called me and i told her to let it default that i was not paying. That was lie number 2 because i was never on the loan, it was my friends loan, so how would she even call me. I asked her what number did she call, and than lie number 3, she said it was not you it was your friend that said let it default. First of all, she would not confirm a phone number with me and said that her computer says different. So i said that if i can find the receipt that proves different, what will she do, and she said she would give me a million dollars and leave town. I am searching with my friend for the receipt and will hold her to her word! So do yourselves a favor and stay far away from this jewelry pawn and loan business that has no business being in business! I give the place a big fat zero rating!

I have visited this store and bought multiple pieces of jewelry from Gail. She is always nice and is extremely knowledgable. I would highly recommend this store. I've never pawned anything, but one of my adult children has. It is my understanding that you typically get a loan amount MUCH lower than the value of the item. This way you can afford to buy your item back when your finances improve. I'm sorry that others were disappointed with their experience there, because I have never witnessed anything but kindness and professionalism from Gail and her staff.
