Terrible hours, not many locations, and no app, however the people that work there are very nice and helpful.

The manager is unprofessional, they act like high schoolers. They get into your personal life and talk about your family and friends. They are an awful bank and horrible people.

I have never met a more nastier banking staff than this one. Heather from the staff was nothing but rude on the phone when I had questions about the status of my account and a check that I was receiving from my school. I would not or ever recommend anyone to go through them. They are not helpful with anything. They treated me like I was dumb and that was not appreciated. This is their job, they don't like helping, then they need to remove themselves from this profession. I don't even want to give them a star that is how poor of quality this banking staff is at. If it were up to me, I would place them in the negative in terms of stars. Absolutely horrible. I heard Heather, when I called back to speak to someone new, yelling that she already helped me and that I did not need service. Absolutely rude!!

My first time opening the account, the staff was very helpful and respectful towards me. Some people may have had a worse experience at this particular bank, not me. Everything was perfect, I like to support local businesses and banks. They also offer great auto loan rates to their members too. Having only one location isn't always the easiest to get to, but you can use any local credit union or local bank's atm free of charge. Overall I had a great experience.
