Do NOT do business with this bank. I have been with this bank for 4 yrs and have had my credit cards frozen at least 3 times. The latest time, I called the bank to tell them I was going to Paris, only to have them freeze my card as my wife and I were riding the subway into downtown. The suspicious activity causing my cards to be frozen? I bought two train tickets at the train station!!! Instead of enjoying a nice meal in Paris, I spent $100 calling 5/3rd to beg them to use my own money to buy tickets to return to my hotel. Even sadder than this willingness to block my cards is the response to my complaints at the bank. I stated my unhappiness to the branch manager months ago, and was told to write a detailed complaint, which I did. The response from the bank? NADA, SILENCE. So the message the bank is sending is the complete disregard for the customers and their ability to bank and use credit cards without the bank acting like the served instead of the server. We are now working through the details of moving our accounts to an internet bank.
