Id give -1 stars if could. Called to have my account that was paid IN FULL over 2 years ago updated to show as "closed" on my transunion report and i was met with hosility from a lady that refused to give me her name, connect me to a manager or anyone else. She actually hung up the phone on me, before claiming her name was "Anette". If these people call you, immediately start recording the conversation and contact a lawyer and keep the Better Business Bureau create a complaint page open and ready to report these tactless individuals.

dealt with these people for a year now. 3 attempts to get a debt validation letter and no response. i've been threaten, called names such as an idiot and retarded if i thought that. I have filed complaints with the BBB and filed disputes with both credits reporting agencies.

Im about to contact a lawer. Ive been harrased for years by mike wilson. Been threatened to be sued. Ive gotten letters stating they know where i work. My wages have been threatened AND MY CREDIT!. These guys will yell at you and as soon as you start to say something they will hang up. The only thing they can consolt is how to be a bigger dick and a hateful person.

If these guys contact you go talk to a lawyer immediately. They constantly call me at work. The send threatening letters. All for a bogus debt from a former apartment I rented. Know your rights. If your landlord failed to send you a bill for any charges with in 30 days of you leaving the appartment then you have no duty to pay them. If you receive a call from a collection agency, you have the right to bypass the collection agency and settle directly with the origanal holder of the debt. The people at this business told me I was wrong when I started quoting state and federal law. This is called fraud. They send me letters saying they will sue me and that lawyer fees can be "very expensive" , this is called duress. Send them a letter, registered mail, so they have to sign for it and you get a tracking number. Ask for a comformation of debt. Tell them to cease contact. If they contact you after that, you can sue them for harassment. If they touch your cedit repot, sue them for fraudulent credit reporting. It's 5000 min if you win. They will also have to pay to remove the blemish from your credit report. This company has an F rating with the BBB. Go after them if they threaten you.
