First Bank of Ohio in Tiffin, OH

Had mechanical issues with my car and had it put on comprehensive only through my insurance provider...I had them fax First Bank to let them know what was going on then I called the bank myself to confirm it. They had to me talk to about 3 different people before being told it would have to be approved. I told them it better be approved because I couldn't even drive it lol. Eventually it was approved but I have had to do this 3 times.

i love this place i call and can just about what i need over the phone thanks.

Worst. Bank. Ever. I got my very first car loan through this bank. I was young and didn't have enough credit for other banks. This bank gave me a loan and I was so happy! The people here are very, very rude. I'm contemplating on switching to another bank, if possible. They are mean and can't seem to answer the questions you ask. All they want is your damn money. If you have the option to go elsewhere for a loan, DO IT. Do not go through this bank. They're worthless. You have to call 8 billion times for someone to finally answer the f'ing phone after you leave a damn voicemail two days ago and one calls you back. Like I said, worthless people.

HORRIBLE. if you can avoid this bank it will save you lots of troubles. always had problems with them from the start. Very rude and unhelpful. they "lose" payments towards your loan and always will put up a fight with you. TERRIBLE customer service . No online banking for proof of anything. we will never do business with this bank again.

This bank is absolutely ridiculous!! What a JOKE! This place is so unorganized and absolutely not customer friendly! I still have a loan through this place and will BE switching to my bank Huntington! I understand that some people don't have any choice on who approves credit, but I have OPTIONS! F this bank don't use them!!!
