Dave White Auto Credit in Sylvania, OH

I absolutely loved my experience at Dave White auto credit it was amazing!! Working with Doug and Chris was the best part about it. They are both two very honest and down to earth men. We filled out an application on line and that night had an approval, we went in a few days later and left the lot with our new SUV .. I would recommend this car lot to anyone who is serious and ready to be in a new car that day... Thank you for such a great experience Doug and Chris!!

At first everything went well. Nice people and whatnot. However, three days, if that, into having my car the radiator blew. They took it to fix it and have had it for 4, almost 5 days. I called and emailed and have only received a TEXT once today saying it would be done later today. They have not once told me what's wrong with the car nor kept in contact about it which is slightly unsettling.

Very friendly and helpful, treat you right. Was not prepared for this. Other car lots rush you along to get your $$$, here they take the time to walk you through everything and make sure you are happy before signing anything.

Crystal was fantastic! My situation was not the greatest, but she was able to work with me and get me in a car the same day. Chris was also wonderful. Laid back, understanding. Definitely recommend if you are going through a rough time and need a car.
