Bad Managment and People! Second visit to this branch to deposit money via drive through, waited 7 minutes for teller to come after hitting call button then after sending and teller reviving money it took 11 minutes for someone else with bo smile and irrited facial expression to return my deposit slip and debit card. The first time the wife and I came into this Branch manager was very arrogant and defensive after we received bad service and only called to advise her of it. We contacted Key Corporate and still nothing has changed except maybe the fact we will take out accounts elsewhere.
