Great customer service and even when there's a long line they are quick and efficient without making you feel rushed!

Their phone service is horrendous - changing a payment on a credit card takes FOUR DAYS to go through, and its nearly IMPOSSIBLE to talk to anyone without your member ID on hand. When you finally do get connected to humans, they pass you from person to person repeatedly EDIT - i think they got their phone line worked out - 4 stars!
