The car buying experience was actually a very positive experience. We got a great car at a decent rate considering our financial circumstances. They like to market this as a great way to rebuild credit. The reason Im giving it 3 stars is that they only report to a single credit bureau: transunion. This has made it exceedingly difficult to refinance the loan which is through Prizm Financial which is affiliated with - you guessed it - Jake Sweeney. I find it unforgivable that a company that supposedly wants to help you reestablish credit would not report to all 3 major credit reporting agencies. This policy is very self-serving on their part.

Would not recommend this place to anyone got a email saying to come in to lower my interest rate was there for 4 hours the whole time they kept trying to sell me used junk with more milage on them then the car I have now one was a dodge mini van that when I moved it out of the spot it was parked in sounded like the shock was dragging the ground for 18,000$ he said that will be 500 a month for 66 months so I did the math brought it out to 33,000$ so I finally got them to refinance my loan witch was what the email I received said in the first place an he comes out with I need 3000$ down an it will add two years onto your loan long story short unless you like getting screwed an throwing your money away go anywhere besides here

Business here is garbage. They will accept anyone regardless of your situation as long as you have $5k sitting around and years of employment. Then after your happy you finally found something you can drive... 2 weeks later the bank calls you and says "We decided we are NOT going to finance you." Based upon reviews and talking to other customers. This is frequent and happens to 95% of customers. They keep your down payment and now your without a vehicle. This business has ruined thousands of families and legally they will win due to the Sweeney family having very close connections with all political parties in the Cincinnati area. Don't be fooled, save your money, time and find another company who genuinely will work for you and not screw you over. My wife & I are recent purchasers so we are fully aware of their scheme and illegal activities. Now we are out of $, no vehicle, lost my job over it and have to start all over from scratch. You have been warned!
