Very misleading!! Doesn't go by facts. Mike and Dan seem to be a circus! Plain and simple, don't go with them if you don't like to be drug through the mud week after week after week!!!

Does not return call left us hanging and waits till the last minute to give information had to get two extensions on our contract was unsure up till the last hour if we were for sure able to close

Someone at Rapid put the wrong insurer on our closing papers. We noted this at closing and the agent at All State Title said she would correct it but she didn't. The title company paid the wrong insurer and we nearly lost our policy. At first I didn't know how to fix the problem so I contacted the title agency, Rapid, and my relator sending everyone an email proving that I had requested a certain insurer prior to closing. Eventually I found out how to correct the problem and did so on my own. At no time did anyone from Rapid contact me, apologize for the mistake, and try to fix the problem. Mistakes happen but to not address them at all. Very unprofessional. After they closed the loan they forgot about us.

If I could give a lower review I would. They are very disorganized, very poor communication and inexplicably held our funds for a month and a half after we closed on our loan. It should have only taken 10-14 days and that is their time frame, not the industry standard (72 hours). Many calls were made to inquire why, to no avail. Once I did speak to the top administration, it was treated like this was business as usual. If I had known what we were going to be dealing with before using them, I would have gone in a different direction.

My boyfriend and I have applied wth them MULTIPLE TIMES as well as called. Every time I call I get the same excuse "someone must've never sent it through, I will send it and call you tomorrow" and that was almost 2 months ago! This place has the worst customer service I have ever seen. Especially a loan facility. You would think they would want our money. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!
