They get the stuff done but poor customer service

It would seem that this mortgage company does not want my business. No One will return my call. I have called up 5+ times and have left messages. I would think as much commission can be made on a Mortgage they would want to return my call. I call the main office and since Anita Murphy sent out the promo in the mail no one else will help me. I frequently get transferred to another voice mail. Beware If this is how the treat me I wonder how they would treat anyone during and after the mortgage closing.

I can not tell you how pleased I am to have done business with both Doug Murphy, Eddie Standifer and the entire staff at Franklin Mortgage Solutions. The fact that you closed the entire loan in under 40 days in a "not so" traditional home loan situation has far exceeded our expectations. I really appreciate the hard work.

Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. A woman named Rosalyn was especially rude and unprofessional. Also, I got a much lower interest rate from my credit union than the scam of a mortgage company they tried to sell me. I would not recommend Franklin Mortgage to anyone.
