Unfortunately, I have to agree with other reviews of US Bank. Customer Service is not a priority here. Save yourself the hassle, go to another bank.

I agree with most of the previous comments! I WOULNDNT OF EVEN GIVEN ONE STAR, BUT I HAD TO IN ORDER TO COMMENT! They will RIP YOU OFF every chance they get! The lady tellers are RUDE and will lie to your face and then Denie it later! I would only suggest getting a bank account here if it's the ONLY place that will give you one! My true review is -5 STARS!
