I was referred to this company by a friend who told me they do everything they can to work with first time home buyers to get them approved for a mortgage loan. At first it seemed like we were making progress, but they failed to set important expectations along the way and provided misinformation resulting in a negative experience. I did everything they suggested, including raising my credit score over 100 points in 1 year, securing a higher paying job and making all of my bill payments on time but my pre-approval for an FHA loan was denied. I was told they would try to qualify me for a conventional loan, since my score had reached the threshold of qualifying for that but they didn't keep their word and ultimately became unwilling to move forward. Approach with caution and don't waste your time like they wasted mine.

William and Abbey are simply the best at what they do. I tried another company before them and it was a horrible experience. If you are looking for a mortgage company look no further. They are the best.
