EC Financial in Richfield, OH

Received a cold call message from them (Tyler) at 8:27 am stating that it was URGENT that I call them back about a credit inquiry. Called back to find out it was just a scheme to try and get me to refinance with them! Never with these tactics will I ever use this company!

These people call my number constantly despite being asked not to. They ask for someone I have never heard of and I always reply with a polite request to stop calling me, which they ignore. Their representatives are extremely pushy and rude even though we have no need nor desire for their services. Even after being asked to not call anymore they continue to try and sell their services.

I am a notary in California who did a job for them in July and they have not paid me, check is in the mail they said over 2 weeks ago, I leave messages, emails, nobody will call me back, so unprofessional. I am now hearing from other notaries that they do no pay. Stay away.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Mark at EC Financial and he went over and above all my expectations. He was available at anytime day or night. He also open my eyes up to great opportunity to consolidate my debts along with getting a great rate at the same time. In the end he was able to keep my fees way below any other lender out there. I will use this Co. time and time again for any refinancing needs.
