TRACIR Financial Services in Reynoldsburg, OH

Absolutely horrible. Payments coming out of my bank account and never got credit for. Kept charging late fees and blaming me for their mistakes. I'm currently 2 payments ahead based off of their website and they say I'm behind 2 payments. Calls me multiple times a day and can't even get my last name right from Morgan to Hogan. Grandmother made attempt to make a payment for me and the supervisor screamed at her and hung up. Never doing business with them again. Avoid them at all costs.

They are horrible!!! Never again will I use them just horrible! One day they say one thing the next day it's something different just horrible

So far.I haven't had any problems except I'm supposed to make payments every two weeks; no problem EXCEPT the months there's an extra weeks..I have to end up paying more? This was never told to me when I was in desperate; need for the car! If my payments are to be one amount? It should be!!! OR I should be able to pay once a month! I do love my car! & Thank them for trusting to give me a car loan; I will refinance in a year @100% on time payments!

I can not believe this company is still in business, they are the worst; customer service is lousy, they have bunch of rude people that work here. You get conflicting information every time you call.
