Cashland in Ravenna, OH

They used to give fair prices on pawn loans now they rip you off and are extremely extremely rude. The shift manager is the worst. Customer service is a thing of the past at cashland.

This place has outgrown the space it has available. Also I am a BTK amputee and there are no chairs, or no place to wait. you must stand there, with your children if you have them. you will spend at least 1/2 an hour to 45 minutes, to over an hour, doing business. the line is usually to or out the door. I have seen people wait in their vehicles. Electronics everywhere they will fit, and you cannot even walk. it didn't start this way of course you have to build working capital. The tellers are ALL VERY NICE and HELPFUL AND RESPECTFUL, though. The parking lot is always full no matter when you go.I waited in town driving around for 3 hours, and never did a parking spot open. there are always at least 4 people and I have counted 14 all standing waiting for one of the 2 or 3 tellers they have working. It was Friday and 3 tellers and a trainee were working. one teller had to go at 5:30 leaving 2 tellers and a trainee. on Friday (payday) after others work hours?????? people were out the door. wake up corporate or you will be loosing business and customers. thank you
