This bank is putting a family of four on the street in 20 days this family consist of 3 adults and 1 child all have serious health issues .This family has been paying on this house for the last 5 years has fell behind in the payments for health reasons but the bank still will not work with them. The house is in disrepair and in its condition is not worth more than $15,000.00 shows the bank just does not care .

The teller through the drive through at Catawba Islands branch was rude, unhelpful, and could not find my accounts. I had to spell my name several times and she still could not find my accounts yet I have been there several times in the past with no issues. I asked for to repeat what she had the spelling back to me and she refused. Said I had to come in sit down with an account opening specialist to get started. Yet I have 4 accounts that have been with my wife and I there for over a year now. What terrible service. I don't want to open another account I just wanted to deposit to my business account.... By the way the drive thru at the port Clinton location was awesome. She got the deposit completed correctly politely and fast. I believe it was Catawba Is being lazy and rude to their customers.

Overall, they are pleasant here. A good experience. I really don't want to give four stars, but they do a better job than three. In the summer time, the queue can stretch out the door from all the people using their services. I don't always have a great experience here, but I've never had a bad experience. The few times I've had to wait an extended time, they have been very vocal in their apologies.
