Customer service with the Tellers are absolutely RUDE. I felt very discriminated by them. I tried to deposit my money order and they said a 2 week hold would be put on it. We ask why and they could not give us a reason. Went and deposited on the mobile app and it posted the next day. This will not be my primary account due to the horrible customer service at the Perrysburg, Ohio location on Louisiana avenue with the tellers. We felt very discriminated. And this is not the only time it happened. Would rather use my mobile app and ATM than to deal with rude teller who have no customer service skills.

Went in today and the teller was rude for no reason at all. I just couldn't believe how she was treating me and my friend when we went up together. I had to walk out in the middle of the conversation and when I told her why I was leaving, she let out a huge laugh. I was appalled. I was wanting to open a savings and decided not to at that location. Luckily the downtown location was VERY friendly. Unfortunately, I did not get the tellers name but I hope she doesn't go around treating every customer like that because it's very unpleasant. I left visibly upset and could not believe the interaction that had just taken place. I did suspect discrimination because my friend is part of the transgender community but I can't 100 percent verify that this was the reason. I just couldn't think of any other reason why this person would be so unfriendly for no reason at all.
