Unity Catholic Credit Union in Parma, OH

Very very friendly people. They have great rates. I like their bank for kids called the Unity Catholic CENTipedes. A great credit union.

Mission Statement: "Unity Catholic Federal Credit Union is a member-owned, full-service financial institution that provides financial products, services and education to all Catholics within the Diocese of Cleveland." Very friendly tellers, Lakewood Branch has the best but the people that sit on the back and make decisions are very biased, especially if you are Hispanic or Black. They give you hard time even for a simple request. Everything needs to go through the Board of Directors for decisions. Even to get a limit increase on your ATM card to access your own monies. If you are Hispanic or Black or a minority and has the same problems please post here for a possible class action suit.

I love the Student Saver Program. They send a rep to their school to pick up deposits from students once a week. It is the student's acct, with an adult partner. Great way to teach them about money, and they get a prize every time the make a deposit.

This Unity Catholic Credit Union staffs "Top Drawer" personnel! They have always serviced us well! The Parma & Brunswick Branch have always done right by us! I have referred many new Members of all races and no one has ever had a complaint - In fact...we are very grateful to Unity Catholic Credit Union for helping several new members get "back on track" financially! Banks tend to treat there customers with a less personal experience, whereas Credit Unions are more like Family!
