After two years as a customer, my father (with many years of banking experience) attempted a withdrawal at the ATM. It was unsuccessful, the machine stated no transaction took place and no money dispensed. After consulting the young male manager on the matter (Scott?), he said he would contact my father if the machine didn't balance, he would refund the $150. He later contacted my father and said the machine had balanced and he would not be refunding the money. It is assumed that the manager pocketed the money. Believe what you like, but I am posting this in hopes to prevent further improper business practices on behalf of management. Buyer beware and save your receipt if this happens to you. Upon request from my father to review surveillance footage, the manager insisted it was deleted (despite the incident being literally minutes prior to his request). My father is a senior citizen, a former minister for more than two decades and was a regional manager of 133 banks before becoming permanently disabled.
