Wright-Patt Credit Union in Norwood, OH

Unable to pay my auto loan or credit card bills from a non-WPCU account on their janky website. I have to first transfer the money to their TrueSaver garbage and then pay from there. For some reason Wright Patt didn't consider this feature important? I am constantly late paying the bill because of this convoluted and frustrating system. I also keep getting locked out of their banking system, so I have to call about one a month to get unlocked so I can pay my bill. I hate this Credit Union.

One person working both the drive thru and inside teller. People lined up out the door at lunch time and cars backed up! Come on man!

Customer service at the Norwood branch was a good experience! They were friendly and helpful, unlike so many customers service-based businesses today.

Banking done with the customer in mind. Staff is informative and always pleasant.

The service here is just horrrible. Everytime. They have new employees every month. The wait is always ridiculous. AND they only have one teller right now to complete shared banking transactions. This makes the wait time even longer. Dont go here if you can help it. They dont value your time.
