CashMax Ohio in Norwalk, OH

Customer Service in the Norwalk store is terrible. I went to get a load and my weekend transactions had not posted yet so it looked like my account was over drawn. When they finally showed up that day I printed another bank statement and they said no it has to actually clear your account.. So I go in again today with my account showing a positive balance only for them to tell me they still can't help me because I have had to many overdrafts.. WHY IN THE HELL WOULD YOU MAKE ME WASTE MY GAS AND TIME ONLY TO TELL ME NO!!!! WHY NOT JUST SAY WE AREN"T GOING TO BE ABLE TO HELP YOU AT ALL INSTEAD OF TELLING ME YOU JUST NEEDED TO SEE MY ACCOUNT IN THE POSITIVE.. OH BY THE WAY NOT ONE THING ON MY ACCOUNT WAS EVER RETURNED FOR NONE PAYMENT.. NOT ONE!!!!!!

This place is horrible the customer service sucks. They are rude and are not helpful at all they make any visit difficult someone should shut them down.
