Thee worst customer service I have ever had, before they put the manger on the phone to let you explain what's going on they already have a attitude, like I always pay my note 3 days ahead and all I asked was for a itemized receipt showing where's the money going out to cause if I'm paying money on my principal for my rate to go down why I can't get a statement showing that, they were very nasty about it, few more months and i am done! Reasonable to get approved for to help build credit back up, but the customer service they have will not bring anyone back...

If I could give no stars I would. This is by far the worse customer service experience I have ever encountered. I have yet to have the pleasure to converse with someone that could speak without an attitude. Whether through email or phone call these employees do not know how to handle their customers. They all need hospitality training. I would no recommend this company to anyone and will never go back. I would much rather return the vehicle I am purchasing then to be continuously disrespected.

Complete and utter disregard for their customers. Had a situation where their equipment caused my vehicle to malfunction and I notified them immediately. After that, I experienced six weeks of unmitigated hell. Walk away if your lender is Red Rock. I wish I had.

Have not had a problem with Red Rock they were very helpful when I called them about an issue with being able to pay my payment. They helped me out majorly. And even had a great experience in the office. Not sure who ever body else has dealt with but I like the company.

Worst business you could ever deal with. Not only are they mean, rude, and hostile towards their customers.. I traded in the car I financed through them, and Red Rock Financial tried to get me to pay more car payments to them. They had already given a pay off quote to the new car dealership, and they tried bullying me into continuing to pay them money for a car I no longer owned. They told me that they wouldn't send the new dealership the title, and the dealership would come after me and take my brand new car. At first I actually paid them the $450 payment, but then called the new dealership and they said to put a stop payment on it, and were amazed that a finance company would be so shady. DO NOT GO HERE!!
