I will never do any business with FKNB again. During my time as a car loan customer, I encountered some of the rudest customer service representatives I have ever spoken to. In addition to very poor customer service, they are unwilling to work with their customers during financially difficult times. There are no options for deferments and they do not waive their fees for any reason whatsoever. They care about their money and that's it. If you get some sort of loan, DO NOT get one here.

My recent experience with First-Knox was dealing with my mother's estate after she passed away. The person who helped me, Sammi, was friendly, helpful, and a joy to interact with. She (and the rest of the folks there) made a difficult time more bearable.

I've been waiting to receive a refund for over two weeks after I paid cash on an installment loan. The next day they deducted money from my account After four phone calls later I'm still not receiving my reimbursement due to me. I've been informed twice the check is in the mail. They can electronically pull money automatically out of my banking account why can't they electronically return it in a matter of a short period of time. Of course when I asked to speak to a supervisor he was in a meeting
