They have the worst phone system - I was put on hold for 37 minutes. Called back - chose the option of having them call me back - when they did it was the wrong "department" - they transferred me...to the wrong department...they transferred me again...to the system that asked me to choose to be called back...again. I'm in a virtual time loop - is there no such thing as personal service anymore??
