Jane the manager is a disrespectful woman who cares little if you bank there or anywhere else she gets an attitude when asked questions and don't try to get a loan or they will have you waiting and when you ask why she will moan and sigh with such disgust I'm ashamed to ever bank through there

Johnathon. I moved to Milan in 1983 and switched banks from Norwalk Home Savings and Loan. I had so much trouble with this bank and after 3 mistakes I got so frustrated and upset I withdrew all my money and went back to Home Savings and loan and have never gone back. The first time it had something to do with them forgetting to make my first house payment. What a way to start out buying a house and paying the first payment late. Then another time I deposited some money and change and they only put in the cash and not the change. Then I became laid off so I had to withdraw money from my savings to pay the bills and they started charging me a fee for every time I withdrew my money. I told them the next time they would be charging me to deposit money and they said never. Guess what? I got a notice from the bank with new fees and they were doing just that. Then I bought some stock through my broker and said I would go to the bank and bring the money right to the office. I went to the bank to withdraw the amount and they didn't have that much cash on hand to give me the money. They then said they could give me a check which I agreed to and then they tried to charge me a couple dollars to write the check. I got upset and said I was not paying for a check due to them not having enough cash on hand. I then demanded my money. I then told them I wanted to withdraw all my money from the bank because I was sick of their mistakes and their excuses. When they went to take my money from my savings they asked me how much was in my savings. I didn't have the exact amount since they required me to post my deposits and withdrawals and with interest I had no idea the exact amount. I told them to look it up in the computer and you will never believe this. Their computers were down and they could not look up the exact amount. They told me to come back later. I was not about to screw around and keep going back and they told me to call every half hour to see if the computers were up. At that point I had it with them and I told the bank manager to deliver me my money or a check to my home when the computers were up. About several hours later she came knocking at my door with my money. I think I had been more than patient with them. She told me she was sorry that they were unable to satisfy me as a customer. I can't believe they are still in business.
