I think you can get stamps from ATM even if you are not a Huntington customer

I can call this bank any time of the day and they are not going to answer. Customers on the phone are just as important as customers in front of you. Hire additional help to answer phones if you are that busy. Jerrie is the only helpful and friendly face at this location!

Today was a great reminder of why I moved most of my banking away from The Huntington after being a customer for 20 years. Customer service in my branch has severely declined in the past 2 years. There are never enough tellers, but plenty of bankers standing around doing nothing. The front desk used to be full, now there is usually only 1 or 2 people helping customers. Today I went in to have a document notarized. The only person in the bank who was a notary said "not me" when the teller asked her to notarize my document. Then she disappeared into the back while I stood there wondering what to do. I eventually left and went to my new bank. I'm not sure if management changed in my branch, or Huntington as a whole decided they didn't care about customers anymore. But customer service has declined and wait times have increased. It's a shame too because I was there for so many years. When I closed 2 of my business accounts, they didn't even ask me why. Only writing this review so someone at the bank may take notice and care and change something.
