Very awful. I went there this evening to receive. A title loan. I called prior to let them know I was coming an they were pleasant an said OK we look forward to helping I arrived a little before closing. An told the gentlemen I had been on the phone with him earlier. He did not get off his chair he simply sat at least 20 feet from me an said it is dark outside I can not help you. I then asked then why when I called earlier you specifically said as long as I am here before closing you can help me ??? I had my dad drive my car over 40 miles one way to hopefully receive the aid with a title loan for not only to receive no help but to be asked to leave by a employ who was so rude he couldn't even say hello or approach me. It made me feel like a lesser person. I personally will never go to this location again.
