We came in desperate need of a good running realiable car that is good for the family. Shawn greeted us at the door when we walked in and got us started right away. I've heard so many bad things about J.D. Byrider so I was very nervous about all this but it went over very well. I will definitely be coming back. They worked with us the best they could.

I cam into JDB 2 years ago and began my lease with them. The car was and is in top driving shape. Basic issues (after) driving it this two years. Great referral plan. Your either get $500 off your principal or a $250 check. Now thats awesome as the service

Melissa the entire service team were great. The car i purchased had a few initial problems, but the Akron store make sure to take care of them with no questions asked. Melissa was courteous and stayed in constant contact during the entire repair process. They had the best service I have ever received from a car dealership or a car mechanic. Jackson and the entire sales team were extremely personable and made me feel comfortable during the whole buying experience. They explained everything and helped me work through a few options for trading in my old truck. The process does take quite a bit of time and there's a bit of money involved, but they will help rebuild credit and are a great stepping stone.
