Motor King Auto Finance Company in Loveland, OH

This man ( Jack) has stolked my daughter on Facebook and cussed my husband, daughter, and myself out. Said he done us a favor on fixing the SUV but all he did was put a bandaid on it. He sent the SUV to Mr Transmission and they told us it was a used transmission and will break down soon. This man is a scam artist. Don't buy from him, run away as fast as you can.

DO NOT buy a car from here. My mom and I bought one car each from Jack and they've been nothing but trouble! I paid $2500 cash for a car - had to junk it literally 1 month later. Before I junked it, I told him my check engine light was on, he said "ok, no big deal bring it in and I'll fix it". On my way home, I'm not even 3 miles down the road and the engine light comes back on!! All he did was have them disconnect the battery for a few minutes so the light would go off! And yep, sure enough he sold it to me with a bad transmission it was junked 3-4 weeks later. My mom's car has had nothing but issues as well, for the first YEAR she had it it was in and out of the shop (not Motor King's shop) for different issues. And this was after the owner said he'd take a look at it and "oh of course, I'll fix it" he said. HA! RUN, run far and stay away! SCAM! Owner has a disgusting attitude and will cuss at you and call you names just because you ask him a question. Don't waste your money! ***SCAM!!!!***

This place is the absolute worst car lot around,. I don't know how they can even call themselves a dealership. We test drove one of there vehicles and took it to have my dad's friend check it out to make sure that it was good like they said it was & they just kept on repeating, if we missed ANYTHING let us know and we'll get it together for you. Well needless to say, during our test drive, the car over heats with our 7 month old son in the car as well and so they sent a tow truck out to get the car and left me, my son & my fiance on the side of the road and told us to find our own ride back because the car wasn't messed up prior to us driving it. Which is obviously bullish*t considering how does a car almost blow up on a test drive? They have shi*ty cars here that will mess up on you not even a month after you purchase it, and there customer service is the absolute WORST! How could you just leave a 7 month old baby on the side of the road and not feel bad about it at all? Horrible place, I don't reccommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from this place, let alone test drive one from here, if I could give this place negative stars I would.

Definitely not a place to get a car. First off we had looked at a truck and jack told us the payment and then there was trouble so we had to come back the next day just for him to tell us the payment was gonna be more. So he tried gettin us another truck that honestly wasn't even worth what he was asking for but we really needed it so we were gonna take it for a payment of $305 a month. With me and my fiancé working we make about $600 a week and we even showed him the pay stub and then told us he doesn't think we can afford it. I'm sorry jack but you are the worst and I hope you go out of business like the last dealership I worked with

This place can't be trusted. We went to test drive one of their "featured" vehicles over the weekend. We took our child along with us. Shortly into the drive, we realize we seem to be having to press the pedal down a little too far. Taking into consideration it was a much bigger vehicle, we made our way back to the lot. Not only were they asking $4K over fair market, but we pull back in and park and realize the vehicle is leaking. Jack and his mechanic check it out and reassure us this is "a/c fluid". Right. You meant, BRAKE FLUID, Jack. I can't believe these people allow people to drive off the lot with their children in tow with one of their READY TO SELL cars leaking brake fluid! Should be put out of business.
