U.S. bank when i started using them over 3 years ago was great. Then all of a sudden out of nowhere 7 dollars kept being withdrawn from my checking account. 7 dollars isnt much but in an economy such as this were all hurting. Then i changed my account to a free checking account which is FREE, but somehow 7 dollars kept being charged to my account. I then called milford branch and asked why this was, she continued to tell me that it was charged to my account and it takes 30 days for the fee to stop which the lebanon branch had never heard of. If you ask me this sounds like us bank has lost control and is not very organized. Needless to say i tried to close my account there but i had to wait 10 days since there was activity in the last 10 days, once again held up in doing what i wanted to do. This bank has caused me nothing but problems week after week. Hopefully things are different for you

I love us bank. Been with them for years and haven't had any issues I would like to see more ATM's in Lebanon

They raised their check cashing fee for non-customers. Peoples, formerly national bank & trust are still number 1

Friendly employees but the narrow drive thru and awful parking mean I only go to this location when I have to.
